ON SITE PROJECT MANAGERS

The NewGround Build team is currently accepting applications for on-site Project Managers for projects throughout the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise projects successfully
• Represent NewGround responsibly with honesty and integrity
• Provide skillful drawing interpretation
• Coordinate the work timely and efficiently in a safe environment
• Communicate effectively with other NewGround disciplines, the client, subcontractors and local building/licensing officials
• Maintain an organized field office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willing to move from project to project every six to ten months
• Not less than five years of COMMERCIAL construction supervision experience in GROUND-UP projects of $2 Million and over
• Proven track record in:

  - Professionalism
  - Construction Industry Knowledge
  - Technical Ability
  - Communication
  - Work Ethic
  - Attitude (Team Player)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Experienced in reviewing and processing submittals and shop drawings
• Excellent safety record
• Provide references that include clients and contractors as well as past employers
