The NewGround Build team is currently accepting applications for on-site Project Managers for projects throughout the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise projects successfully
- Represent NewGround responsibly with honesty and integrity
- Provide skillful drawing interpretation
- Coordinate the work timely and efficiently in a safe environment
- Communicate effectively with other NewGround disciplines, the client, subcontractors and local building/licensing officials
- Maintain an organized field office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to move from project to project every six to ten months
- Not less than five years of COMMERCIAL construction supervision experience in GROUND-UP projects of $2 Million and over
- Proven track record in:

- Attitude (Team Player)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experienced in reviewing and processing submittals and shop drawings

- Provide references that include clients and contractors as well as past employers
