Project completed ahead of schedule despite local weather setbacks

CHESTERFIELD, Mo., June 16, 2021–NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and project management firm, recently celebrated the completion of West Texas National Bank’s new interior tenant build-out branch in Odessa, Texas.
This 8,000 square foot branded retail space features an open concept floor plan offering a new customer service experience. Each branch department division now has its own conference room to hold meetings and collaborate with bank customers and employees.
An existing office space with a radius exterior window wall was converted into a new conference room and entry vestibules. Natural light illuminates the space through this window wall, bringing a warm, inviting feel to the new space. A lighter, neutral-toned color palette with artwork and environmental graphics makes the space look and feel connected to the local area and represents West Texas National Bank’s sophisticated brand.
NewGround provided strategy, design, construction management, environmental services, and utilized local vendors and contractors from surrounding areas to successfully deliver the project ahead of schedule, despite local weather setbacks.
