Towson branch complete with a refreshed new design

CHESTERFIELD, Mo., April 27, 2021–NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and project management firm, recently celebrated the completion of Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association’s new flagship Towson branch in Baltimore, Maryland.
Looking to make an impact and attract younger clientele with a previously dated location that was acquired in a recent merger, the newly renovated 4,220 square foot branch highlights a refreshed take on Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association’s brand and features updated exterior signage, a history wall, and an eye-catching glass entry tower where the front portion of the branch used to stand.
Transformed from a dated, traditional style branch to a modern retail delivery, the facility uses the universal banker model with teller pods, cash recyclers, and a smart ATM. The space now presents itself as a modern banking environment and serves as a template for future Rosedale branches, as bulletproof glass was removed and transitioned to a much more bright, welcoming space.
NewGround provided design, project management, environmental design, and contracted-out training services for this renovation, all while remaining occupied throughout the duration of the project.
