Use your local general contractor. Get NewGround quality — beginning to end.

Your General Contractor. NewGround’s Expertise.

When you decide to use a quality local general contractor, you get their community knowledge, business connections, and vendor relationships.

But a local general contractor is only one piece of your Build project. They haven’t been with you through Strategy and Design, and they won’t stick with you through every phase of Interiors. NewGround will.

Get our 100+ years of construction management expertise to bolster your general contractor. We’ll ensure quality work and the lowest possible cost throughout all phases of your project.

What is Design: Architecture
and Engineering

In architecture, programming is the phase where strategists, architects, and interior designers collaborate with you to define your project requirements. We help you analyze your current or proposed site, plan your spaces, set an initial budget, and complete regulatory research.

You’ll get a clear understanding of project goals and constraints before design and construction begin. We’ll know we’re meeting your needs from day one.

How It Works

Step 1: We complete contractor negotiations and due diligence.

Start with peace of mind. We’ll help you evaluate vendors and contractors based on their prices, credit ratings, financial viability, and experience levels. We check every bid against our designs, so the price on the initial bid will — more often than not — be the price you pay.

Step 2: You make final decisions.

Since we pre-negotiate our rate and operate with an open book, you can be sure we’ll give you our best recommendations on vendors and prices. You get the best possible information to make the best possible decisions.

Step 3: We coordinate across all teams.

Get one team and project management system to oversee all phases of your project. We start with Strategy and Design. And we can stay on the project until all Interiors are installed and ready for prime time.

Step 4: We assume the risk and ensure quality.

Visualize the ideal placement, adjacencies, and sizing of various spaces within an existing building, proposed expansion, or ground-up build.

Step 5: We coordinate regular, collaborative check-in meetings.

Who’s on your side of the table? When you work with NewGround, it’s our complete integrated team. We keep your project collaborative and on track.

Step 6: You receive a completed project, end to end.

With NewGround, you get a team that’s with you from Strategy and Design through to finishing touches and installations. We get the job done.
