NewGround Appoints James Earl to Help Desk Specialist

Position to provide multi-level contact for IT support, maintenance


CHESTERFIELD, Mo., May 1, 2019–NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and delivery firm, announced that James Earl joined the NewGround team as the new voice of the Help Desk.

James will serve as the level one and level two support contact for end-users and will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.

“I’m excited to join NewGround to help employees with their IT needs and solve issues in a timely manner,” said James Earl, Help Desk Specialist at NewGround.

With over 10 years as a help desk support representative and technician, James has experience with Windows and Mac computer troubleshooting, multiple ticketing systems, virus removal, and Microsoft Office. James is certified in A+, Network+, and ACMT programs.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology and an Associate of Arts in computer networking from Baker College in Muskegon, Michigan.
