NewGround Appoints Catherine Reus as Manager of Client Experience

CHESTERFIELD, Mo., January 20, 2017–NewGround, a St. Louis-based design-build firm, announces the appointment of Catherine Reus as Manager of Client Experience. She will be responsible for contributing to the evolution and growth of the organization by managing all customer experience activities.

Catherine has a diverse background with 10 years of customer service experience that enables her with the unique skill of understanding how to build long lasting relationships with customers.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Equine Business Management from West Texas A&M University.
