Mabrey Bank at 81st and Yale
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., September 29, 2016–NewGround, a St. Louis-based design-build firm, celebrates the completion of the renovation of Mabrey Bank’s location at 81st and Yale in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Recognizing the changing trends in the industry, Mabrey Bank partnered with NewGround to renovate their branch located in Tulsa at 8085 S. Yale Avenue. The project involved coordinating construction activity while maintaining continuous operations for the customers of the bank.
This full-service bank has a total of 8,762 square feet of space designed to reflect the needs of the community. The location offers a full range of newly remodeled features such as retail services, private banking, lending offices, and drive-thru lane.
To provide a more personal alternative to the traditional teller line, they focused on relationship banking through free-standing teller pods.
