CHESTERFIELD, Mo., April 18, 2017–NewGround, a St. Louis-based design-build firm, announced that President and CEO, Kevin Blair, is scheduled to speak at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers’ (PACB) Retail Banking Seminar at The Conference Center at Central Penn College in Summerdale, PA on April 21, 2017.
Kevin’s session, entitled, “Building Your Branch Transformation Plan: Aligning the People and Physical Components for Success” will outline topics on branch transformation as well as the branch of the future. Kevin will lead bankers through the ongoing transformation that is occurring in the industry.
Historically, the branch was the cornerstone of growth, however, shifts in consumer behavior—and the adoption of digital/virtual channels—has resulted in a complex shift in the role of the branch. Customer demands are transforming the ways community banks execute strategies. During this session, Kevin will take bankers on a thoughtful journey for the future. By leveraging disruptive change using a unique Code of Success, community banks may experience unprecedented growth in the years ahead.
“My goal is to provide bankers with information on how to align people and the physical components of their branch to serve as a relationship-building center,” said Kevin Blair, President and CEO of NewGround, “and I want participants to walk away with an understanding that the branch has become more than a building; it’s a physical manifestation of the brand.”
