The NewGround Design Team redesigned it with an open plan design. This design featured personal teller pods and recyclers that enhanced both engagement and security. Heavy customer traffic meant that this location needed to remain open and operational during the renovation. Therefore, the project was conducted with one side getting worked on at a time.
