Construction Management

Our signature full-service project delivery option provides a complete turnkey design/build project delivery. NewGround assumes the role as a client advocate and will provide on-site project management resources. Under this option, clients have the most comprehensive suite of services including due diligence, value engineering, pre-construction and estimating services, and retail and environmental installation, as well as interiors. The project is competitively bid at the subcontractor level, providing our clients with the maximum influence in contractor selection. All this with a maximum investment guarantee.

Program Management

For those clients who only need partial assistance, we can also act as your program manager. Typical services include site selection, negotiation and due diligence, test fit, Phase I & II environmental, survey and civil engineering, remediation, and financial pro forma analysis, all at an hourly fee.

Project Management

Using a local general contractor, we provide project oversight to manage the construction process, from competitive bidding through the completion of general construction. Once the local contractors are done, we finish the project strong by furnishing and installing the retail, environmental, and interior packages.
