Branch now serving customers in Alexandria market
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., November 16, 2020–NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and project management firm, recently celebrated First Federal Bank of Louisiana’s (FFBLA) completion of their new flagship branch in Alexandria, Louisiana.
To provide more convenience for FFBLA’s existing and future customer base, this branch in Alexandria replaces a previous location across town.
The new 6,350 square foot flagship branch building features an 830 square foot drive up canopy and an open-ended cash bar to better serve customers. This design allows for more flexibility for a universal banker approach as FFBLA continues to transition to this banking model.
Interior features include a branded media wall above the hospitality bar in the waiting area, with digital signage that promotes community involvement activities and bank product awareness to enhance the FFBLA brand. LED lighting and clear story glass makes the new environment bright and dynamic.
NewGround provided architecture, interior design, furniture selection, environmental graphics package, and project management services for this branch location, all while concurrently remodeling FFBLA’s headquarters’ first floor lobby.
