New facility to be complete by November 2021
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., February 17, 2021–NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and project management firm, recently broke ground on Union Square’s new mortgage center in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Adjacent to their branch at Parker Square that NewGround completed in 2014, the new 9,538 square foot facility complements the neighboring facility’s design. The design will house Union Square’s expanding mortgage services and community room. The interior design aesthetic by the NewGround team coupled with the elegant exterior will add a standout showpiece to the community.

NewGround will provide architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, and furniture selection services for the Union Square Mortgage Center, with construction anticipated to be complete by November 2021.

NewGround is also in the process of completing Union Square’s headquarters’ exterior renovation, soon anticipated to be complete in March 2021.
