Union Savings Bank’s state-of-the-art branch in Bethel
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., July 5, 2017–NewGround, a St. Louis-based design-build firm, celebrates the completed renovation of Union Savings Bank’s branch located in Bethel, Connecticut.
The recently renovated branch has a total of 4,678 square feet of space that features an open and engaging layout. The project involved coordinating a complex renovation while maintaining continuous operations for the bank’s customers. The project phasing included using the sizable lobby entrance and converting an existing conference room into temporary teller and customer service areas. This phasing also included never closing their very busy drive-up.
The newly renovated space offers a new experiential universal banker platform that features an open plan design with teller pods and cash automation technology, an updated commercial window, multiple private consultation offices, a modernized employee break room, a community room, digital signage and the bank’s first Navigation Office for wealth management services.
