The Challenge

Clifton Savings Bank wanted to target the younger millennial demographic, choosing to locate a new branch in the highly sought-after area of Hoboken.

The Journey

To enhance their appeal to this new market, they partnered with NewGround to rebrand with a new name: csbk. The next step was to design-build their new, dynamic space.

The Destination

Located in a new high-rise luxury apartment building, the space utilizes a single teller pod, a universal banker type delivery with a smart ATM at the vestibule, and a conference room for loan closings. It also incorporates a large video wall display which can be seen from the street through a 20-foot glass wall.
