ESB Financial is a fourth-generation, family-owned bank with a rich history and connection to the community. But their center of operations didn’t fit their brand, and years of stopgap additions had created inefficiencies and structural issues. A clear division between the investment center and bank lobby was also needed.
NewGround helped ESB to estimate long-term space needs, design a more efficient layout, address structural issues, and plan the major renovation (which was done in phases, so the bank could remain operational).
The designers created a sense of history in the modern design by using historical photos and artifacts, and the whole space felt more connected to the local landscape.
