PACE Credit Union

Stouffville, ON, is an affluent community just north of Toronto, and one of the fastest-growing towns in the region. The boom brought with it a profusion of development, both commercial and residential, and so PACE Credit Union (PACE) began looking to expand into the community, turning to their long-time partner, NewGround, to design their flagship branch.

The NewGround Strategy Team first did a market study, which in turn heavily influenced the location and design. The new flagship branch is in a high-profile location and reflects the PACE brand, but with higher-end finishes and a sleek design to match the feel of the community it serves.
