Successful branch planning begins with expert programming.

  • Your building committee and NewGround’s architect will work together to outline the requirements of the branch, which can include services offered, number of FTEs, delivery channels, and desired technology. 
  • NewGround’s architect will extrapolate your needs into a plan that illustrates your building requirements.
  • Finally, we establish your project budget, so you can work with your leadership team to create a resource allocation plan. 

Programming for Financial Headquarters

We will guide you in planning your headquarters to satisfy your current and future needs.

  • Collecting data from your executive team, we evaluate your current workspace, proposed workspace needs, and desired features for your new space through a collaborative session. 
  • Our consulting team will spend time with your department heads and C-level executives to understand your growth goals. 
  • To give you insight into what others are doing, we will conduct peer comparisons of organizations of equal or similar size to your own.  
  • We will estimate how many square feet you require per employee, then project your staff size 7-10 years into the future, so we create a future-proofed headquarters program that will stand the test of time.
  • Finally, we establish your project budget, so you can work with your leadership team to create a resource allocation plan.
